Sustainability is a Priority

The Sustainable Artisan Guild is a community of artisans who are all looking to incorporate more sustainable and planet-friendly practices into all aspects of their business (and lives). It’s not about being ‘perfect’ and having all the answers. Instead, it is about a desire to do better, and having the resources to make conscious and informed decisions.

Think about all of the artisans in the world … potters, ceramicists, painters, leatherworkers, woodworkers, textile designers, etc…. there are A LOT of us all over the world. And if all of us take even small steps toward a more sustainable practice we can make a big difference not only for ourselves and our communities, but for future generations.

No one has ALL the answers, and we don’t pretend to either. But, we have a desire to have a lot more conversations around this topic and want to encourage collaboration and sharing of information & resources to help us all make a difference together.
